Ghana Employers' Association (GEA)

Ghana Employers' Association (GEA) is the premier employers’ organization in Ghana. It was established in 1957 to promote and safeguard the interest of employers in Ghana. It has members across all sectors, including the informal economy.

Mission

To proactively promote the interest of employers in a competitive business environment through advocacy, consultancy, quality service and industrial harmony.

Special Focus on Women

We currently run a Female Leadership Development Programme to build the capacity of women to ascend to higher levels in the corporate world. We also organize an annual conference dubbed Women in HR Conference to provide females a platform for HR experts to network and share ideas.

Members of GEA spread across all sectors in Ghana. We therefore support all members in the various sectors in Ghana including the MSMEs.
