Asafu-Adjaye & Partners

Asafu-Adjaye & Partners  is a group of chartered accountants  namely ; Kwabena Bonna Asafu-Adjaye established Asafu-Adjaye Partners on 25th September, 1987. This was with the support of Osei Asamoa Bonsu now Nana Osei Atwene Bonsu (Otumfuo’s Atenehene) and Frank Appiakubi after he left Ghana Tourist Development Company now Authority as the then Managing Director.

K.B Asafu-Adjaye and Peter Poku thus became the first partners of Asafu-Adjaye & Partners on 26th November, 1987. On 5th June, 1992, Nana Aninkora Ababio (Mr. S.I.K. Boakye Agyeman) joined the partnership. On 12th March, 1995, Gottfried Martin Sarpong joined Asafu-Adjaye & Partners as the Audit Manager and became the Managing Partner from 2001 to 2017 after the demise of K.B. Asafu-Adjaye.

Edmund Asafu-Adjaye in 2001 served as a partner until he became the Managing Partner on 13th August, 2017 to date.
