Winmat Publishers Ltd. (WPL) is a limited liability company registered in 1996 as a publishing house under the Companies Act of Ghana 1963, and is actively involved in local publishing and the distribution of Winmat publications. The company is committed to the effective development of education in Ghana and West Africa.

WPL company is under the management of a board of directors who are accountable to the shareholders. The day-to-day activities are run by a Managing Director directly supported by an Administrative, Accounts, Sales/Marketing, Warehouse and Publishing Managers.

WPL ensures that the book needs of people in all parts of the country and the sub-region are effectively taken care of. The company is at the forefront of educational publishing in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Gambia and is committed to the effective development of education in the West-African sub region.
