About Bawku Senior High School

Bawku Senior High School is a co-educational
the institution established in October 1963 with a student
the population of 50, as one of the Ghana Trust Schools
established by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

VISION

To transform the school into an institution of
disciplined students with a high level of academic
performance to achieve the goals of education.
The vision of the founding fathers of the school as
enshrined in its motto - “VERITAS LUX MUNDI” is to
produce individuals who would always stand for the
truth by virtue of their training.

MISSION

To provide relevant quality second cycle level
education to all Ghanaians especially the youth from
the catchment area with an emphasis on upholding the
truth and good moral values of all students.
