Amber Securities Ghana Limited. Our journey started on 24 April 2008, when African Alliance Securities Ghana Limited was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of African Alliance Stockbroking Holding Limited. African Alliance was issued a license to operate in Ghana by the Securities and Exchange Commission and became a Member of the Ghana Stock Exchange in December 2008. We began trading in listed securities in June 2009.
In January 2020, African Alliance Stockbroking Holdings sold its entire shareholding to the company’s management. The name of the company was subsequently changed to Amber Securities Limited in January 2021.
Our purpose is to provide financial advice and related services that create wealth and ensure wealth preservation for future generations.
