Afro-Arab Microfinance Ltd

Afro-Arab Microfinance Company Limited is a Tier-2 microfinance company and licensed by Bank of Ghana to operate the business of microfinance. The company is a limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179). Afro-Arab Microfinance Company Limited was established to provide financial services to individual, micro, small and medium enterprises engaged in income-generating activities in the informal sector. The company has a 5-member Board of Directors whose responsibility is to provide the overall strategic direction of the company.

The company began full operations in 2013 and currently has two branches located at Kokomlemle and Maamobi respectively all in the Greater Accra respectively. The company as part of its expansion drive and in line with its strategic direction would expand its branch network to other strategically places both in the Greater Accra and other regions.
