Adamus Resources Limited is a gold producing company based in Ghana, West Africa. As a fully functioning mine, Adamus Resources poured it first gold in January 2011, under its first parent company Adamus Resources PTY Limited, Australia. Adamus Resources Limited (“Adamus”) (ASX:ADU, TSX-V: ADU, FSE: AXM) and Endeavour Mining Corporation (“Endeavour”) (TSX:EDV) are pleased to announce they have entered into a definitive Merger Implementation Agreement to combine through an all-stock merger of equals transaction creating a new growth focused West African gold producer.

Adamus Resources Limited owns 90% of the Nzema Gold Project located in south-western Ghana which is being developed as an open pit operation. "Nzema" pronounced "en zimmer" is the name of the people and the local region in which the Project is located. Adamus has had a presence in Ghana since 2002 and has strived to maintain excellent relationships with local communities. Adamus remains committed to ensuring that its operations provide long term positive benefits to the various local communities where the Company conducts its exploration activities and planned mine operations.
