It was found in 1989 with the establishment of Facol Limited, the first subsidiary company of Facol Group. And then in 2004 the second company, Local Industries Limited was established in Kumasi. Recently the newest member, Facol Quarry Limited was established in 2012 at Nsawam. All the Individual Companies have their own General Managers to manage each company. - Facol Limited ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY, MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE Facol Limited was established in March 1989 and it commenced operation in the area of Roadline Marking with the acquisition of a Hofmann H26/1 hot thermoplastic spray marker in 1989. Since then, Facol Limited has purchased other equipment and subsequently expanded its operations to cover the provision of the entire range of road furnishing and pavement maintenance. It is the vision of Facol Limited to expand further, the coverage of its services into the critical areas of Road Construction, Road Design and Traffic Management Consultancy thereby placing Facol Roads Limited in a special position as an all rounder in the road industry. - Locaf Industries Limited PRODUCER OF BITUMEN EMULSION PRODUCTS Locaf Industries Limited was established in 2004 to produce and market bitumen emulsion for the road construction industry as well as investment in the advanced MICROSEAL technology for road and airports pavement maintenance services. The ENH Bitumen Emulsion Plant of production capacity 10 tonnes per hour was installed and commissioned at Kotwi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana on May 7, 2004. - Facol Quarry Limited QUARRY, CONCRETE & ASPHALT PRODUCTS Facol Quarry Limited was established in 2012 at Noka, near Nsawam and is in full operations since 1st October 2012. Its objective is to provide the most reliable quarry products and construction services for the industry.
