About Akuse Methodist Senior High Technical School

The school was established as a co-educational
second cycle institution to offer secondary and
technical education to graduates of Junior High
schools in and around Akuse and beyond. It was
established in January 1991 as one of the Senior High
Schools as a result of the implementation of the 1983
Educational Reform Programme. The school started
with an initial population of forty-five (45) and steadily
grew to its current enrollment of 1969 during the
2017/18 academic year.

VISION

To be an enviable trainer of the youth, their mind,
soul and body, to be useful citizens.

MISSION

To develop and equip adolescent boys and girls
with the requisite academic knowledge, skills and
aptitude that will enable them fit in the society and
contribute their quota to the development of Mother
Ghana and beyond.
